Responsibility for Data Protection
The Data Controller for personal information held by Nuneaton Academy is United Learning Trust (ULT). ULT is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The registration number is Z7415170.
The Company Secretary is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and is responsible for ensuring that ULT complies with the Data Protection Law. They can be contacted on company.secretary@unitedlearning.org.uk or 01832 864538.
The Business Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Academy complies with ULT’s policies and procedures in relation to Data Protection. They can be contacted on 02476 341134
What information does the Nuneaton Academy collect about me?
When you interact with Nuneaotn Academy we sometimes receive personal information about you. For example, if you make an enquiry you will need to tell us who you are and how we can contact you.
In addition, as you browse the site we gather some basic data such as which pages you have visited which we use for statistical analysis – this does not include any personal information. This basic data is passed to Google to allow us to analyse how users use our website, which helps us to improve our site.
